For conferences that require special attention and a personal touch, from very large conferences and special events to investor relations calls and board meetings, our reserved and operator assisted conferencing services help to ensure things go smoothly.

Service Description Calls are reserved for a specific time period and number of lines. Calls may be automatically extended past the reserved time on a space available basis.

 Operator Assisted
Ideal for large calls where conference ports are reserved and guaranteed to be available for the expected number of participants on the call. Participants join the conference by dialing a pre-assigned number and entering a passcode. Limited operator assistance is available by pressing *0 during the conference. Ideal for calls in which an operator is needed to help manage the conference. Participants dial a pre-assigned number and are placed into the conference by an operator.
